I'd just say to practice with on the air practice.
One good one is W1AW, and if you'd rather practice "in the vehicle", you can
download the practice sessions and put them on tape or CD.

I like Tony Lacy's Nu-Morse because of the quality of the code, but there
are other programs, some free, some for a small fee.
