[CW] Special Stations on the air this weekend

NN3SI  Smithsonian Institute Amateur Radio Station   1600-200UTC Friday the
28th through Monday the 31st.  No frequencies known, but intent is to
operate CW along with SSB.

WX4NHC National Hurricane Center  1300-2200 UTC on Sunday the 30th  14.035,
21.035 and 28.035.  Plus, SSB  and PSK31.
