[CW] ZL vs LU activity week

Hi!

We want to tell You that GACW is remembering the
historic contact during 22/23 may in 1924, between
stations z2ac, Ivan O' Mehara in Gisborne, New
Zealand, and cb8, Carlos Braggio, in Bernal,
Argentina.
Due to this very important subject, we are considering
a good thing to enforce communications between ZL and
LU from 15 to 23 of May, as to give our recognition to
the O Mehara and Braggio work.
