Kudos to Fred Ryan, W3NJZ, on his article(s) in the latest
FISTS Keynote regarding sending and receiving high speed
cw (60 wpm and higher). Very informative, and a great
addition to the information in the "Art & Skill" book.

While not quite up to the conversational level of cw operating,
I'm getting along ok with head copy at 35 wpm plus or minus,
depending on how much caffeine I ingest prior to turning the rig on.

I always enjoy occasionally "jumping into the deep end" of 40m around
7025 to 7032, and joining in a qrq roundtable. these guys sure do bust
my hump, but they always welcome me with open arms, and tolerate
my repeated requests for fills. A lot of times I'll just tune in and let their
code wash over me in the easy chair. Good practice - good guys.
