[CW] The Dumbing Down of Amateur Radio

I found this question posted on a ham forum. Now
some say the current study material and question pool
have truly dumbed down the hobby. And with the current
suggestions by the ARRL and others it is stated it
will continue to dumb down the hobby. Read this
question and you decide in which direction this hobby
is heading in.

"Would like to use my 40 m invrtd v on 15 m , on what
band ( 40 or 15 ) do I place my Icom 500 ant tuner
?also which band for my Collins 30L-1 amp ?"
