[CW] Speed vs Bandwidth

i likewise wish to thank the posters who have made an
effort to share their knowledge and expertise on the
question of what the bandwidth of a cw signal is. it
definitely has motivated me to crack my handbook and
learn about the matter in more detail.

as a practical matter, it is useful to consider this
when deciding how wide to design the passband of an 
audio cw filter (not all of us out here have dsp).
