The above numbers are correct only if the rise and fall times are readjusted
when the speed is changed. If the transmitter's rise and fall times (and
shapes) is adjusted for 60 wpm operation, but only 10 wpm is sent, the transmitted
bandwidth will still be the same as for 60 wpm.
