[CW] Wall Street Journal Article on BPL

Today's Wall Street Journal - March 2, 2004, Marketplace Section had an
article entitled: "The Web's New Outlet" "Utilities Plan to Send Internet
Services Over Electric Lines, Challenging Modems and DSL"  The article
outlined the total support of the FCC to the proposals.  There was
absolutely no mention of possible problems with other radio services.
Wonder if the ARRL will respond with a letter to the editor?
