[CW] New touch keyer

One of the reasons I wanted to try the one in QST is because I
already have most of the parts and a schematic to go by. If I had the
schematic of the other paddle, I might look into it. I doubt that will
happen as the owner of the company probably wouldn't like that too
much. :-)
As for the falsing on the paddles, I'll let you know what I find
out. Since it wasn't mentioned in the article, I would think the
author didn't have any problems with it. For the small amount of parts
and time I'll have in it, I'll take the chance to see.
