[CW] Morse Code for us slow pokes

Ron sent me a question about Mode A and Mode B. I think he didn't
understand what I meant about why I recommend Mode A. It is because Mode A
doesn't send a false element.

Consider dual paddles:

If you squeeze the keys together, dash first, you will get the IAMBIC -
dash/dot/dash/dot.

If you release both keys DURING the second DASH, you will get:

Mode A - Nothing.
Mode B - a dot

If you release both keys DURING the second DIT, you will get:

Mode A - Nothing.
Mode B - a dash

So to send a C in Mode A you would hold the keys until the start of the last
dot. You will not get a false extra code element.

To send a C in Mode B you would hold the keys until the start of the second
dash, the keyer will continue to send the opposite element after you let go
of the key.

You can also "insert" a dot by releasing the dot lever, then while the last
dash is playing, tap the dot, and release before the dash finishes. This is
called "dot insertation" or "dot memory".

Mode A doesn't produce "extra" elements when your fingers aren't touching
the key - you have to "tell" the key to send by touching it intentionally.
