[CW] ARRL survey.

Donald,  your point is valid.  My contention is a bit simpler but far more
sinister.   The "I don't operate CW" response
is included in ARRL's "SURVEY" to raise another chorus of the "I hate CW"
national anthem.  I have no intention of getting into a urination contest
with anyone on any list, but I regard this ARRL poll as just another
instrument for the no-coders to prove their
point, that there's no need for Morse Code anytime, anywhere.  And ARRL, our
national organization, on purpose or accidentally, is helping them do it.
