I disagree. That response  has every right to be one of the answers.  If that 
is the answer one gives, how could he have answered with any of the other 
answers?  Either one does, or does not use one of the keys/methods  and if he 
doesnt, what other answer is there?  I too think it is horrible that the no 
coders are attacking left and right, but dont take every thing that ARRL does, to 
mean its a no-code support issue.  

Take it another way:   If the question was- What microphone do you use? ;and 
there were 17 mikes listed, and you never - ever - operate sideband or other 
voice mode:  What would be your response?    Mine would be written in - 'I dont 
work voice" .
