[CW] QCWA Ballot

Hi All,

I recently received my OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR 2004 ELECTION from the QCWA. 
There is one candidate on the ballot that I defininately DO NOT WANT. I 
wonder if any of you recognize any others that are of the no code 
persuasion on that ballot? Here are the callsigns on the ballot:
W3BE, N0UF, WA4PAM, KJ9N, VE3CDM, K3QC, W1EES, K4VX, W8RSH, W5TUU, W5YI, 
W1BC, W2JQS, W8RC, W4GXZ, W3YMB
