I don't recall any such commitment.

What I *do* remember was a request to send our thoughts to the directors. I 
sent mine to my Director, Vice Director, Jim Haynie and the entire BoD. If they 
don't want to read 'em because I'm not in their division, fine.

But never let it be said they weren't told!
