Thanks very much, Ward, for the IP address. Worked fine and I see the =
site home page looks totally different cosmetically and some very recent =
changes were made referring to the ARRL intentions. Otherwise the site =
is about the same. I hadn't tried www.fists.org in the past week or so, =
but have noticed that FISTS traffic, which I normally get one message at =
a time, arrives in bunches now and then, so yes, they have a problem. =
Thanks again, Anyone having problems with their QSL buro will find some =
very good information on the site, and all the latest info on how to use =
it. Obviously that section does change as far as lists of who has no =
envelopes there etc. - that is dynamic - but the other info on who to =
contact etc. and how-to info is very useful.

I noticed this too. Looks like their ns2 nameserver is down, and=20
their ns3 nameserver doesn't have an A record for the web site. I=20
will try and tell them.

The upshot is it will work sometimes depending on what nameserver=20
your machine hits.

I'll try and mail them. In the meantime you can go directly by IP =
address:
