[CW] ARRL Pacific Div. CW Survey Results

I believe that every division, answering the same questions, would respond in 
almost the same way.  These no-coders keep saying they are in the majority, 
but have little or no proof of such.  In fact, most of the most verbal ones 
dont care if they are in the majority or not, they just want to do away with the 
code, for reasons of their own.
