I won't tell, but I will say that this is an Old timer, licensed before 1950, 
with a 20 WPM Extra. 

The point is, he is not alone. there are going to be serious attempts to cut, 
or even eliminate, the CW sub-bands. I think it is obvious we can't expect 
help from the ARRL. Indeed, they are likely to originate some asinine 
proposal.

I really think it is time FISTS started flexing its muscles. I think it is a 
big enough organization to have a voice.
