My experience with the FCC is that they do not accept tapes from individuals.
They are too easy to fake (especially nowdays with computers).
Besides, with the F-word now being acceptable on network television
how is anyone going to be busted for it on Ham Radio ?

It seems the only thing you can get busted for today is deliberate
interference
and missing a ten minute ID !
