[CW] Recall of Directors - ARRL

Thats interesting.  Our division director was removed (by the other 
directors) apparently because he didn't agree with some of their thinking about RACES 
training and signing of an agreement between The Commonwealth of Virginia and 
the ARRL.  We were not given any say in this, nor were we informed it was to 
happen, until it was over.  Thus, my vote, with the majority of other voters in 
the division, was completely thrown out.  Very heavy handed, and a precursor 
to what they are doing now.
