Hey George;
I think that you may be mistaken here. At this moment, the ONLY license
class that doesn't have to pass a 5 wpm element 1 test is the no code
tech. Anyone who is a novice, tech + or general has had to pass at least
a 5 wpm element 1 CW code test to hold that license.
That being the case, I can't see where at this time a no coder can become
an extra without taking the cw test.
Can you elaborate for me?
