i agree John:
what we all need to do is support a group like FIST and back their 
petitions to the FCC only one that has made any sence that i have seen in 
ever. i earned by 20wpm and i feel i should have the bottom 25kcs of all 
the bands for my 25wpm test i passed. give the low coders the rest of the 
cw band but if they want to work in the bottom 25 take a 20wpm test..
i will have to check but i think i am paid thru next year so i will be 
demanding a refund also
