[CW] Slow-it-Down

Ditto. I may be a "no-code Extra" (5wpm test), but I am capable of
operating at ~15wpm now. But I'll never answer a CQ from someone who's
running 40wpm (or even 25), although a may listen to a 20 now and then to
work on my speed.

But nothing is more discouraging than calling CQ at 7 or 8 wpm (Farnsworth)
during a contest and (a) not getting any answers or (b) getting answered at
25wpm, and the other op leaves rather than QRS.
