Near the bottom right of the main page.  Actually it's a vote for your 
greatest hope in 2004.  Morse is just two of the possibilities.  And I 
just took a look at the results.  As of now getting rid of Morse 
testing has 39% of the vote and retaining Morse testing has 45% of the 
vote.
