[CW] ARRL CW Survey

I don't know (not that I care much anymore) what "survey" or vote everyone's
talking about.  The last one done in KP4/KP3 Land did not necessarily result
in recommendations akin to its true outcome, so I remain skeptical about
these futile "survey" exercises.  The future has no credible connection to
the ephemerally random results of these silly games.
