Go to the ARRL Web site - click on "Operating Activities" - then click
on "Rules" - then click on

ARRL Straight Key Night
2004 Contest Rules

at the bottom of the page.  Once your there, you will see the hyperlink
for "Contest Branch" which should set up a new e-mail form to the
contest branch.  Make sure the subject of your e-mail is your callsign;
or it will be bounced back if it's anything else.  Write up your
comments - click send and you're done!
