[CW] The Mill updated

I just noticed that Jim Farrior, W4FOK, has posted an updated
version of The Mill.  Note sure of the particulars of the update,
but I thought it was worth posting.

There are issues when running dos programs under Win 2k and XP,
and Jim has posted notes regarding them.  I was able to successfully install
and run it on my XP home machine running ntfs,  although I had some serial
port error windows pop up - ignoring them allowed me to run the program
without com port control.  A good reason to make use of that old dos 
machine in the attic!
