In my experience the BoD did listen - they just didn't do what much of the
membership said!
The BOD met and were GIVEN the new plan by

They did ask for input. I sent emails to my director and vice director - in
fact to the whole BoD, W5JBP, etc. Got some nice replies. But they went against
some of my recommendations anyway.

Well, my director has a pretty good track record.
But if enough folks are unhappy, they can and *should* start a recall. But
the only folks who can do that are members in the divisions involved.
And if a recall fails, they'll take it as a mandate.
