Hi Larry & the Group,

Just wanted to say that CERT (Community Emergence Response Team) is going
nationwide.  We just completed our fourth class near Kansas City, MO. 
Amateur Radio is a great asset & makes passing information much easier in
these situations.

I would encourage anyone who hears about a CERT class in your area to
consider taking the class.  We found it well worth our time.  Federally
funded, so no cost to you other than about 32 hours of class time & half
a day one Saturday for a Mock Disaster Exercise.
