In my  rudimentary understanding , that is as poetic in Morse Code:   dash 
dih dash dash dit  as it is in those silly (but very useful) phonetic 
denominations:  Tango Papa...

Those cw tango papa stations are just taking themselves too seriously....Me 
thinks....
