Hi there Sherrill .....

Iron City is alive and hopefully will be well ...they
owe the City of Pittsburgh several million bucks for
an unpaid water bill but oh well. I just heard that
they are going to an aluminum bottle for regular Iron
City. That will be a travesty but in my estimation
the best IC was in the stiney bottles which went out
in the 70s. It is a shame that the local brew houses
are hurting. Stoney's near me stopped brewing several
years ago and that label is being done by IC in
Pittsburgh. I was at an open house at IC several
years ago and the fellow said that they go through 3
railcar hoppers of grain in 24 hours and that An-Busch
in St. Louis goes through 76 in the same period. I
guess you can see who is more efficient.

73 there Sherrill .......

oh Nat Bohemian ...I think it went belly up as I
haven't seen it or Mr. Bo the fellow with one eye for
years.
