If you are using American Sign Language (ASL) then ONE is the Index finger
held up alone, with the other digits curled down, TWO is the Index and Middle
finger together, THREE is the Index, Middle and Thumb together, FOUR is the
Index, Middle, Ring and Little finger together and FIVE is all five digits held
up together.

SIX is the the Thumb and Little finger held together at the tips and extending
outward, with the other fingers held up, SEVEN is the Thumb and Ring finger
held together at the tips and extending outward, with the other fingers held
up and so on.

Ask me about counting to 16 on one hand in base two.
Cheers,
