[CW] 3RD FINGER

Dear N7DC: As strange as it seems, the thumb does not count as a finger
although we all have five fingers!?! The third finger is the "ring" finger,
next to the little finger. It is the second finger from the index finger. The
index finger is the finger next to the thumb. -73- Sherrill W. k4own.

I just want to know which one is the 3rd finger  Do we start from left or
right?  Does the thumb count as a finger in this case?
