most of the cw only qrp rigs are kits, as far as i
know. the only exception i know of are the mfj
monoband qrp cw transceivers, and i'm afraid i don't
know anything about those.
i have two rockmites; one for 40m and the other for
20m. i enjoy taking them on backpacking trips. like
the other poster mentioned, they are very simple
rigs, crystal controlled and half a watt. they do
have a builtin keyer, though. they also are kits.
small wonder labs has some other kit cw rigs, in
addition to the rockmite. i've built the small
wonder labs sw+ for 40 meters, and it is a neat
little rig. it is a single signal superheterodyne
with a 3 crystal if passband filter, and has a
vfo with ~32 khz coverage. the board kit is $55
and there is an optional enclosure+connectors
kit for $35. it's not a difficult build; no
surface mount parts involoved and not too many
toroids to wind. they sometimes also show up
second hand on the qrp-l reflector, if you
really don't want to build one.
the url for small wonder labs is:

the oak hills rigs the other fellow mentioned are
sold through morse express. they also are kits,
but have an option that they will build it for
you for an extra cost:

hope this helps!

scott
