[CW] 80 meter activity

Half of 500 KC seems fair to me, for SSB.  After all, the rest of the band is 
used by 
not only CW, but RTTY, AND DATA,   which are the newest rage, with with sound 
card programs etc. coming thru by the ton.  There is a promise here that NO 
Ham will "loose any of his spectrum".  Sure sounds like a loss of CW bands to 
me.

And I dont want to hear "Why , dont you know the CW ops can use the whole 
band?"

Yes I know.  Do YOU know that CW ops cant hear a darn thing from weak 
signals, when some dumb woman(or man- just to not be sexest)  2 blocks down the 
street, parks right on top of your QSO to chat with her/his crummies, across town?

Thats what is wrong with the band now.  We do NOT have worldwide sub-bands, 
and the rest of the world (starting with Canada) parks all over us already.
