[CW] W5YI groups suggestions on ham radio licensing

My recomendations:

Maintain your ARRL membership, or join if you are not a member. Write to 
your ARRL director and tell him how important you believe CW is to ham 
radio. ARRL has definitely done some things that we do not like, yet 
they are still doing some important things for the protection of our 
spectrum. Such as their setting the record straight and getting out 
accurate information about BPL.

Join FISTS. Submit comments to the FCC in support of their proposal. 
Tell your ARRL director about it.

Steer any prospective ham away from W5YI memorization guides, burn any 
that you can get your hands on. At least ARRL study guides encourage 
comprehension and understanding of the principals, not just memorizing 
the right answers. Participate in the VE process by being a VE.
