Dear friends and EUCW member Societies:
 
We want to thanks all of you for your job in the
promotion of the Morse mode in the Amateur Radio
Service via the local Organizations and/or the EUCW.
 
Understanding the Morse problem with the IARU member
Societies we want to make a proposition.
 
We recognice that this is a simple desire from our no
EUCW member group position, but we are full of
hopesilusions...!!!.
 
It seems to be extremely urgent to concrete a personal
meeting to produce a document with the thinking of the
majority of the CW Organizations. A document that
later will be used for a group and/or individuals in a
petition to each local country Telecom. authorities
all over the world..
 
We have that right in our country even out of our
Member Society and we know that the authorities must
pay atention to to our requirements before make
changes in our rules.
 
We know that will be strogest if there is an EUCW and
other CW Organizations participation.
 
We are sure that there is only one Organization with
the power to call for that meeting and it is the EUCW
for sure.
 
>From now the GACW Coordinator are ready to participate
asap in that hypotethic meeting in representation of
our group and with the representation of some others
organizations from the region.
 
We think that France and the UFT may be one of the
important places and organization to find a cheaper
place to meet all of us during 2/3 days of job.
 
The cyber organization or a way to be conected, is a
problem to be solved in second place.
