[CW] FCC's Attitude toward BPL!

Apparently you read a different statement than I did.  Her background, then 
turning right around and being on a commission which regulates what she had 
been working on/supporting, at the very least, is touching on the illegal.  Any 
other government employee int allowed to do that.  Supporting and passing this 
type of operation will impede not only on amateur radio, but EVERY type of HF 
operation, and up into and thru 80 Megs.

  The evidence must be provided by the BPL people, who are covered under part 
15, not by the users of RF who are licensed users.  If you have seen the much 
publicized tests, and cannot recognize the problem, then you must work for a 
"BPL to be provider."  I cant imagine any one else who would support this 
movement.
