Cinergy (the utility created by the merger of Cincinnati Gas and Electric and Public Service Indiana) has been conducting a BPL test in the Hyde Park area of Cincinnati. This test has proven "successful" and this service is supposed to be rolled out to other areas of Cincinnati by year's end.
