[CW] A CW Trivia Question

Well, I'm wrong - once again -

Say when did they change the 80 meter Novice and Technician CW portion?

I've been listening on 3700-3750 - no wonder I don't hear many stations.

It is now 3675-3725 - I guess I might have been crazy calling CQ on 3735
kHz. That's "no man's land" - but actually it is General and higher... but
it still is so isolated that you might get isolation pay if you operate
there.
