Mr. William  Cross of the (FCC) won't allow it.

It also would be fun to let people hear what a CW station sounds like with
400 Hz modulation applied - which was the sound of many spark modulation -
but on CW when modulated produces a triad of tones:

Assuming BFO set for 800 Hz with CW carrier, when modulated tones are:  400,
800 and 1200 Hz at the same time.
