[CW] Spark

Seems like its only been 2 or 3 years ago that a highly publicized "spark" 
signal was transmitted on the air, for all to hear.  Think it was the Navy or 
Coast Guard that did that.  It was really only the "sound" since they didn't put 
a real spark transmitter on, because it would interfere with too many 
stations.
