[CW] [CW]FISTS Petition

I believe that Nancy and her colleagues from FISTS have made a wonderful =
job. Unfortunately, from our side of the pond, we can't comment this =
text to the FCC ! I just hope that our European clubs of CW enthusiasts =
will draw inspiration from the US chapter of FISTS.
You can be proud of them, guys !
