What does it cost to mail a postcard to DX?

A postcard (no envelope) or an aerogramme to Argentina costs $0.70 - or 70
cents.

One is no big expense, but 100 would be too expensive for me!!!

Dear friends:

Today, November 19th., the postal service in Argentina that was in
operation, since 1999, by a private group; was re statized by the federal
government.

The operation will be, for 180 days, in the government�s hands and after
that period will be offered, again, to a private group.

One of the more expensive service in the world, almost unaffordable for
common people, is today unpredictable.

 I have cards ready to go directly for BU2AB - DL9RCF - PA3AXR - JA3BKP -
W5GZ - N5UR - WA4BAM - JR1GFX and K3PA, but I won�t let them go until some
light comes on this matter.
