[CW] 30 m Band in Argentina

Are you tired to search LU stations in 30 m band?.
Then, you must know that:

This band is only allowed to Superior class, higher class in our country.
Maximium useful power is 250 watts.
No contest.
Amateur radio can use this band only on secondary basis.
We can�t QRM other services on the band.
These are the frequencies to be used  by LU stations:
10.100 to 10.111 KHz - CW Only
10.121,5 to 10.124,5 KHz - CW - Digital - Priority for RTTY.
10.128,8 to 10.131,5 KHz - CW - Digital - Priority for RTTY.
