[CW] Value of a J-38 key.

Gene, it depends on which J-38!  J-38's were made by different mfgs at
different times.  You might want to research J-38's first.  Start with
K6IX's page http://www.qsl.net/k6ix/J38Keys.html and do a google search on
J-38.  My understanding is that the quality really is varied depending on
who made the key.  Some seem to give Lionel the thumbs-up.
