I never saw it, but heard tales of one of the FCC's Bureau Chiefs who cou=

allegedly carry on a cw conversation at 40+ wpm and talk with people in t=

room at the same time. Angelo Ditty ran the Atlanta FCC office for some
years. He also conducted ham radio exams in Atlanta and in other regional
locations. Ditty was always cordial and had the ability to calm nervous
candidates for ham tickets. He was less=0D
jovial and strictly business when meeting with commercial broadcast peopl=
e.=0D
Ditty became something of a legend......whether it's all true or not. =0D
