[CW] Dvorak Tutorial

For all who expressed interest in my recent post re the advantages of Dvorak 
keyboard for typing, I located the web site with the tutorial that I used to 
learn the keyboard layout.

It took me about 3 weeks of daily practice, about 20 minutes per session, to 
learn the keyboard.  At first my speed was slow, but within days I began to 
pick up speed, and within 2-3 more weeks I was typing much faster that I 
ever could using the old QWERTY keyboard layout.
