IARU fails to delete Morse code test.
During the working party on wich Art 25 was treated, the IARU delegation fails to delete the Morse Code test as a mandatory obligation for each country.
The final documents to be presented for the vote of the ITU general assembly is very different from the draft one that many of the ANTI CW IARU societies expected to vote.
IARU was forced to a negotiation and then they produced a new version with the consensus of the participants on wich the Morse Code test is a National Administration faculty.
The final vote will be held next week during the final general meetings.
Now, with the poor results of the meeting on hands, we want to know the delegation expenses in 5 stars hotels, special 150 persons banquet, etc.
