[CW] Morse code

Its what the ARRL and FCC should be supporting in the first place, given that 
we ARRL members voted to KEEP, CW as a requirement, and then after agreeing 
to that, the leadership suddenly reversed the ARRLs position, and supported the 
discontinuance of the CW requirement.  In the long run, I didn't expect to be 
on the winning side of this.  Those that cant, wont.
