It is probably not from the person on the list as the bugbear spoofs
internet email from addresses.  This is a bad virus that will install a
trojan program on your computer allowing others to have full information and
access.
Update your anti virus and run it even if you do not think you have the
virus.
I found 3 machines at my office with it.
